After a week Kanvi got discharged from the hospital. Kshitij strictly warns her to take rest but he knows her too well.
Kanvi's mind clouded with the thoughts of finding the culprit behind this accident. She assured her friend that she'll take care of herself.
Kshitij came to drop her as he took a leave from the hospital because he didn't want to take a risk about her health. He is aware of her family's behaviour. Not for once they called and asked about her, in fact they didn't feel her absence odd.
They reached her home and the first thing heard was loud music playing and the party was going on in the house. Her so-called family were enjoying themselves when she was battling for her life.
Her heart pained a little but she masked her expression well. She takes steps forward while holding his hand.
She motioned to Kshitij and he understood the assignment and plugged out the wire of the music system.
"Hey guys!!! Are you having fun without me? How unfair?......I'm upset." She mocked them in a sarcastic manner.
Their faces scrunched up in annoyance. Her brother Agastya came forward and said " We were celebrating because someone is not here to ruin our happiness"
Digambar and Aruna also joined in. "But we are not lucky enough because you are here to ruin it again." Their words hurt her like a sharp dagger.
She plastered a smile on her face and spoke " Awww….look at you people how much you love me. Mere na hote huye bhi mera hi khayal rehta hai aapke dimaag me." She mocked them.
Kshitij came and held her hand to walk her out to her bedroom. Ignoring the people who were burning in anger but can't do anything.
"Why do you always bear their harsh words with this idiotic smile always on your face?" He asked her as soon as he settled her in bed.
She took a deep breath and answered "Because they're my family Kshitu and I can't throw them away because danger is still lurking around us."
"It means you know who did this, Right?" He is looking at her with a questionable gaze.
"I know but I'm waiting for the right time to drop the bomb" there's a smirk adorning her face.
They talk for a while or more like him giving instructions and she nodded her head like a child.
When he left she called someone " Do you get the information?" Person on the other side said something which broadened her smile.
Next day she got ready with the help of Asha aunty. She was somewhat excited about something. Her family was looking at her with narrowed eyes. They wondered what makes her happy even after having an accident.
Asha helped her descending the staircase and asked out of curiosity
"What made you happy, my Queen?"
"Oh my love! Your smile is enough to make my day" She said cheerily. Asha smacks her head lightly and Kanvi makes an 'ouch' sound.
Aunty looked at her apologetically and mouthed sorry. Both laughed at their sweet moments but people on the other side were burning in jealousy.
She ignored their stares on her and Asha made her eat breakfast. "You should not go out in this condition. Yesterday you got discharged from the hospital and here you're going out." She chided.
"Aunty, I promise I will get back home soon and bodyguards are outside waiting for me" She assures Asha.
"Nothing is going to happen to her….she is a jinx that destroys other people's life" her mother commented.
Asha felt pity for this girl since childhood she bore her parents hatred without any reason.
Kanvi looked up and held her hand and blinked her eyes. She understood her unsaid words.
"Please God if I ever did any good deeds in my life then please send someone who loves her unconditionally and cares for her which she craves." She prayed to God in her mind.
Kanvi sat in her car and asked her driver the address. She is on the way to her destination when her best friend calls her.
She sends him a voice-mail saying that she is taking rest to avoid his wrath.
When she reached the address she asked a man about the owner of the garage. He led her to his cabin and asked her to sit.
The owner came and saw a girl sitting in his cabin and looking at his cabin very keenly.
He cleared his throat and asked her "Yes, How can I help you mam?" She stood up and greet him
"I'm Kanvi Aggarwal." He shook hands and asked her to sit.
She told him about the incident and asked about the person who helped her. He smiled at her and said "That boy is the most hardworking person I've seen. He's very helpful. Just wait for a minute I'll call him"
He dialled a number and asked someone to send him in.
Kanvi is feeling like her heartbeat is skyrocketing. It's weird why she is suddenly feeling like that. Then a knock was heard at the door.
"Gagan ji, aapne bulaya?" Kanvi's heart thumped hearing that dark thick voice. She is still at her place.
Gagan, the owner of the garage, gestured to him to come. "Meet Kanvi Aggarwal" he stepped forward with a furrowed eyebrow.
Kanvi turned to look at the owner of the deep silky voice and just like that breath knocked out of her lungs.
"Haye…I….I mean Hii!!!!." She started stuttering. Her eyes are shooting hearts at the beautiful sight in front of her eyes.
"Hello" He greeted her and looked at her amusingly. He recognized her the moment he saw her.
"How are you?" He asked out of concern. She was looking at him mesmerised.
Before she could reply, her phone blared with a call.

"I hope I didn't disturb you?" She asked him nervously.
He was somewhat surprised to see her at his workplace but he replied
"No, it's not like that. But ….."
"I came here to say thank you for saving my life to the person who doesn't know me but still came forward to lend a helping hand to a stranger in need" She completed her sentence.
